Mikey was drawing with colors and sitting at the table when I arrived. I gave them their little blue puppy boxes of candy and a valentine and soon Mikey wanted to run about and play. He takes a wee while to warm up to me and so spends much energy showing me his "stuff" and he really got into being a puppy after while.
Eliana was really immersed in her art project but later was wanting to show me her skinned knee and play puppy with her brother. It was a pleasant hour and then I was off to find a bit of nourishment for my body. My soul was pleasantly full of the love of these two.
