I found this gluten free mix at Viking awhile back and tonight was the night to try it.
Cupcakes are a new interest of mine...thanks to daughter-in-law Ashley.
I created a wonderful chocolate frosting with wonderful chocolate, vanilla, cream of coconut and of course powdered sugar.
I ate two! Froze some for later and they were very good!

Mmmmm...those look delish!! :) I found some gluten free brownies (mix) at the grocery the other day. They were fabulous!
I enjoy the gluten free brownies. I have made those and for husband too. He never knows the difference although he tells me he doesn't eat cake. Ha, he does too whenever his mother makes it.
